Early access
Synse is in pilot. Pods, heads, and hubs are in pilot production, and kit contents and prices may change before general release. Kit designs and every dollar figure in a quote or a brief are estimates, not engineering advice. Every brief shows its math.
You never buy the hardware
Synse owns every pod, head, and hub. Your monthly price includes the equipment, batteries, repairs, and upgrades. Cancel anytime: a prepaid return label comes with the kit, and service ends when the gear comes back.
The $99 deposit
The deposit reserves your kit and locks pilot pricing. It is fully refundable any time before your kit ships: reply to your confirmation email or write to inbox@synse.co, and it goes back to your original card through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days. Before anything ships, we confirm your exact monthly price with you, and you can walk away at that point for a full refund. After shipping, the $99 becomes your equipment deposit and is returned when the gear comes back. You can also reserve without a deposit; that holds a lower-priority spot at no cost.
What Synse is not for
Synse is not a life-safety system. Do not use it as a fire alarm, a medical alert, a code-required safety alarm, or protection for anything where a missed alert could hurt someone. It senses and reports; it never controls equipment, and it is not a substitute for required inspections or monitoring.
Service
Alerts and briefs depend on cellular coverage, power where required, and sensors placed roughly as designed. We aim for always, and promise best effort. Monthly service is billed month to month, and you can cancel anytime as described above.
